Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Fuzhou College Basketball Club

In this paper, by using the expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis in-depth understanding of the current situation of the development of the college basketball club in Fuzhou City. Find the problems appeared in the process of development of Fuzhou City University Basketball Club, factors causing these problems, and puts forward the specific solutions.In this study, the questionnaire survey results, analysing, draw the following conclusions:(1) Fuzhou university basketball club facilities is less in quantity, the main reason lies in the management and allocation is not reasonable.(2) Fuzhou university basketball club funds mainly come from the school, a heavy burden to the school, most students support should pay dues.(3) in Fuzhou nearly half of the students said the love of basketball, and the proportion of boys was higher than girls, but relatively less number of participating in the basketball club.(4) Fuzhou University Basketball Club propaganda is not enough, the number of training and competition on less.According to the analysis of the survey results, this paper explores the impact of college basketball club in Fuzhou City to carry out the main restricting factors:funding for activities, participation in the club's number; the executive power of school to carry out a basketball club support; club to carry out the activities of the various competitions; the professional standards of teachers' Club; club venue, equipment, time, and students' learning problems and sports injuries. On the basis of exploring the development path of Fuzhou City University Basketball club:(1) from the club's organization form, organization structure, operation mechanism and funding management, several constructs the development model of the Fuzhou college basketball club;(2) improve the utilization of limited site resources(3) to strengthen the propaganda of the club(4) increase the number of club training and competition(5) the rich club activities.
