Analysis Of The Inheritance And Reconstruction Of The Technical System Of Liaoning Foot-poke Boxing And Fanzi Boxing

Liaoning foot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxing is one of the Chinese martial arts, which iswidely spread in Shenyang, Liaoning province. This paper traces back its inheritance, digs outthe valuable historical information, makes the existing puzzles clear and reconstructs itsrelatively thorough technical system based on its forms of motion, in order to increase theinfluence in the area of Liaoning province, which owns practical significance of understanding itand inheriting the outstanding Chinese martial arts.By using the methods of documentary, interview, field investigation, questionnaire, statistics,logic analysis and so on, this paper explains the concepts of foot-poke boxing, Fanzi boxing andLiaoning foot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxing, clarifies the inheritance of Liaoning foot-pokeboxing and Fanzi boxing and its representative personage, its main inheritance approaches. Thispaper also divides its system into technical system and boxing theory system, and reconstructs itstechnical system, regulates the content of the technical system keeping the essence of its system.In this paper, the foot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxing can be traced back to the turning ofYuan and Ming dynasty, which was prosperous in Qing dynasty. The major representativepersonages of Liaoning foot-poke boxing are Hu Fengsan and Yang Junfeng, which of LiaoningFanzi boxing is Hao Mingjiu and which of the foot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxing of Shenyangis Yu Boqian, who inherited Fanzi boxing civil and military technique and created “wave Fanzi”,“rolling back Fanzi” and “foot-poke summary”. The inheritance approaches of Liaoningfoot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxing include: family inheritance and inheritance from master toapprentice, which is the major one; inheritance of social groups; inheritance of media;inheritance of martial arts schools. It reconstructs the technical system of Liaoning foot-pokeboxing and Fanzi boxing and divides it into basic exercises, routines, attack and defensetechniques and technical innovation.Suggestions:1. The deep-level historical materials of Liaoning foot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxingneed to be digged out, which can keep its continuous inheritance.2. Its advertising and popularization needs to be enhanced. The Liaoning Foot-pokeBoxing and Fanzi Boxing Association should host a series of competitions well inorder to increase the popularity and influence. 3. The cultural resource deserves to be utilized and it is necessary to build the cultureband of Liaoning foot-poke boxing and Fanzi boxing.
