In the process of our country compulsory education, the teacher in the classroomteaching for the purpose of imparting book knowledge and too much emphasis on teachersand students speech flows in one direction, while ignoring the words of two-way interactionbetween teachers and students. In the traditional teaching mode, teacher’s unidirectionalteaching guiding students to think less, ignoring the cultivation of the students’ ability,arousing students’ interest in learning, will not exercise the minds of students. Students aslearners and recipients of knowledge, are the dominant status of teaching in class, be deprivedof the opportunity to think actively. Such verbal interaction in class for a long time, not onlyled to the interpersonal interaction, interpersonal alienation and indifference between teachersand students, but also can make students have tired of psychology on the study. The currentclassroom verbal interaction between teachers and students is a direct impact on the studentsmaster the knowledge and the improvement of academic performance. Therefore, thetraditional teaching mode and teaching method can not adapt to the development of thecurrent classroom teaching. In the process of classroom teaching, teachers must give full playto students’ main body effect, exert students’ subjective initiative, guide the student toparticipate in speech interaction, promote the students master the knowledge.The classroom teaching as the main form of education, affecting the growth anddevelopment of the students. Speech act the main form of classroom teaching, for students tograsp the classroom knowledge and the improvement of learning play an important role. Thewords of the effective interaction between teachers and students in the class can stimulatestudent’s interest in learning, guide students to build knowledge system actively, improveacademic performance. In this study, on the basis of study of domestic and foreign literatureand the theory of speech interaction, I use the Flanders interaction analysis system to look atthe video class, and use the method of questionnaire to research basic situation of theelementary school higher grades class verbal interaction between teachers and students, and toreveal the basic problems in the elementary school classroom verbal interaction betweenteachers and students, and to optimize the verbal interaction between teachers and students inclassroom strategy is discussed, and to make a new exploration in interaction theory betweenteachers and students in elementary school.
