The former Soviet educator sukhomlinsky said:the teaching quality of a class has an important relationship with the teaching language level of teachers and verbal communication between the teacher and student.80% of classroom teaching behaviors are verbal behaviors.Words become the medium of information transmission between teachers and students in class.Studying the teacher-student interaction in a class can understand the effectiveness of classroom teaching and help teachers perform teaching reflection when they know their teaching situation.Comparing the verbal interaction of novice teachers and expert teachers between teachers and students in classroom teaching may find out the new teacher growth fast channel and help novice teachers quickly adapt to the real school classroom teaching.Taking the improved 3C-Flanders Interaction Analysis System as a research tool.The 30 teaching records of chemistry in Shanghai middle school from novice teachers and expert teachers were selected as the research objects in this paper to study the differences including the classroom atmosphere,classroom verbal structure,teaching style and innovative degree of questions in chemistry class between novice teachers and expert teachers.Then proposing appropriate improvement strategies at the existing problems.By studying,this article find:in class,teachers' speech ratio is the highest ratio among all the speech ratio.Teachers tend to have a positive influence on students when they exercise direct control over their students.Teachers consciously communicate and interact with students emotionally,but students' subject consciousness in class is not strong.Students is short of the consciousness of scientific inquiry and innovation in the core accomplishment of chemistry.Most of silence behavior are thinking about problems and doing exercises in class.So this reaserch has high classroom utilization.Expert teachers in class often encourage students.Expert teachers have flexible teaching language,asking technique and various models of teaching.Due to rich experience inteaching,expert teachers with the ability of experiment operation always break through the key and difficult points of teaching with the help of experiment,especially in elements and compounds.Novice teachers have more questioning behavior,but the value of the proposed question needs to be further improved.Novice teachers' teaching mode is single.Novice teachers have strong ability to accept information.So they help students understand theoretical knowledge by means of multimedia information technology,especially in abstract Chemistry principles course.
