Teachers’ classroom language plays a very important role for students learning. Make a comparison of domestic and international elementary school teachers’current teaching language and study. Combined with the investigation, the author found that the current domestic primary school English teaching language in the classroom have many deficiencies and problems. For example, the teaching language has not verities and no efficient ways to face the classroom’s unexpected situation. And the verbal teaching language of the primary English teachers is not appropriate. In order to solve this situation, which need the primary English teachers continue to reflect and explore.In this paper, the author drew lessons about the primary English teachers’effective teaching language from the achievements both in China and abroad. Through making up and deeply analyzing this information, majorly think about the basis character and special character, the classified of language (the verbal teaching language and the silent language), to improve the used meaning and theory foundation of improving the used teaching language. Combined these theory researches, they give some suggestions and conference for the paper. At the same time, these supply powerful theory leading for the primary English teachers’effective teaching language.The paper, from the perspective of practice, majorly through making interviews and questionnaires to the leaders and the English subject teachers who majorly research the English teaching, observes and study the taught classes of students in the live classroom. Through these results, the author makes a classifying and analysis, which found out the majorly problems at the primary English teachers’classes. Include the leaders pay more attention to the speed of teaching but ignore the details of teaching, The English teaching language is used improper. The using ability of the teaching language is low. The author analysis these problems, which include the leaders pay less attention to the leading measures, the primary English teachers have little care about the class teaching language. The primary English teachers are lacking of single guide and enough time to research about the effective class teaching language.At last, the paper combine these problems exist among the primary English teachers’ class teaching language, the author make a further thinking and expound measures for improving the apply ability of the primary English teachers’ teaching language, which are the key point in the paper. They are put the special class teaching language into the school’s change, make a clear suggestions about every details in the primary English classroom and make a reference the foreign primary teachers’useful teaching language, and so on.
