After the CPC Central Committeeand the State Council putting forward " Penetrating the conception of ideological andpolitical education into community ", college students have been paid to theincreasingly attention, in this context，the community cultural festival is emerged.Compared to the traditional campus culture festival, like the students’ Art Festival, thecampus community cultural festival is a relatively new form. the College CommunityCultural Festival, as core of the Community activities, has strong professional request,and has a positive and far-reaching influence in the following two aspects: trainingstudents’ ability as well as develop community culture in colleges and universities.Community cultural festival has a growing influence in university, but at present, thereare few deep study on the college society culture festival. This paper selects a normaluniversity in Sichuan as a case study, through qualitative research the case study, bymeans of in-depth interviews, participating observation, the methods of text analysisand so on, to Learn the history of the community cultural development in the sampleuniversity, to Scan the panoramic image of the association culture festival. Moreover,the article is from the angle of students to find the main problems of the communityculture festival in his development. From this side, this paper has carried on thepreliminary analysis of the mechanism of college society culture festival.This article mainly includes5parts: Chapter1. Research the problems and the background. The paper mainly deliversthe reason of the selected topic, define some core concepts, such as the system,community, community culture, and community culture festival, sorts out and analysesthe literature in domestic and abroad about the community.Chapter2. Process of the study. On the basis of research above, this article choosesthe object of study, research methods and determines the research process from fourprinciples, such as the validity, reliability, and promotion of ethics, in order to ensurethat the research process is strict.Chapter3. A brief review of history about the Community cultural festival inSichuan normal university. The paper makes a preliminary analysis about the cause ofthe rise of college society culture festival and the related influencing factors, from thispoint, considers that the association culture festival develops with the development ofsociety, in different periods, the influencing factors of community and communitycultural festival are not identical, needs to do a clear and specific analysis about thehistory of the community cultural festival.Chapter4. Description in detail about the latest association culture festival in SichuanNormal University, through in-depth interviews of the students who participate incommunity cultural festival, to know the hope and disappointment experienced by thisgroup in the whole activity process. Throughout this process, this group obviously showsome existing problems during the development process of the activity: College support,personnel configuration Settings, activities set and problems of its own students.Therefore, colleges, community cultural festival, and students, the three factorscontact with each other and influence each other.Chapter5. Conclusion and suggestion. Based on the dimensions discussed above,the university is supposed to focus their attention on the influence of the excellentcommunities. As a result, we should build a robust foundation for the future culturalfestival, by means of improving the effects of management and amend the defect.
