Since1993, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council issued "China’s educational reform and development outline","survive by quality, seeking for development with characteristics" has become China’s most medium occupation school development consensus. As everyone knows, occupation education to employment oriented, to train applied talents, skills. In order to highlight in this direction, the medium occupation schools in the curriculum system, there is a trend to highlight the professional course, weakening the culture course. Medium occupation school of Liuyang city is no exception, the school for training students’ability of professional technology and the various professional courses in the curriculum system of subject position, culture class is ignored.
