Thousands of years ago, Confucius put forward the "no child left behind","according to theiraptitude" the education thought. However, the limitations of the traditional Chinese educationitself is the "no child left behind\","according to their aptitude\" has remained at the level of thought.For a long time, China’s vocational education is one-way mode of interaction, the teacher speaks,students listen. In recent years, as wireless mobile technology,3g and Bluetooth technologybecoming mature, mobile communication technology and cloud computing technology integrationand the rapid spread all over the world, for the development of mobile education provides the idealtechnical foundation and material preparation. Mobile communication technology and the applicationof cloud computing technology in education has made in the education of a new form of learning,mobile learning, and gradually become one of hot topics in the study of modern education.In essence, the mobile learning is emerging, and relatively rapid development, in the training ofvocational education school pay attention to the skills in a very high learning position, therefore, theimplementation of the concept and feasible Suggestions related to traffic has some challenging.Based on mobile terminal applications technology provides education with newer technology, createdmore ways, to solve the constraints of the traditional education itself, formed the class with classcombined with foreign minister O2O mode, closer to the teacher’s teaching, closer to the needs ofstudents. The mobile learning for traditional education " disentangles ", in the final analysis is to makeeducation can really realize the goal of "no child left behind","according to their aptitude".To meet the needs of the current regional vocational education curriculum reform and informationtechnology, to explore how to improve the mobile terminal application secondary vocational schoolclassroom teaching research. Comprehensive secondary vocational characteristics and needs of theclassroom teaching, this paper respectively from the school skills training, the training of the teachersand students in many aspects, such as knowledge is put forward to improve the cultural quality,promote the students’ learning motivation and increase the chances of teacher professionaldevelopment, and improving the interactions between parents, teachers, and school relatedarguments, integration of mobile terminal applications technology application and research ofsecondary vocational school classroom teaching reform.
