Integrity Problems Of Online Trading And Its Management Strategies

Since the commercial activities started, credit problems became the focus of public attention.And the credit problems of e-commerce are appearing with multiple forms along with the gradually development of itself, mainly including the credit problems in communication, Internet security and online transaction, and the main cause of above problems which emerged in our country, would be summed up as imperfect system, technological limit and the lack of morality. This paper is mainly discussed and analyzed Integrity status, credit crisis and the solutions of credit crisis in the online transactions of e-commerce by integrate the current status of e-commerce development, and also based on the cause of credit problems, the author thinks that in today’s rapid development of market economy environment,only the methods like legislation, self-discipline of business and analysis on "credit crisis" on ethics level, can possibly solve and even exceed the exist of credit crisis fundamentally, then we may have a harmonious environment for online transaction.
