Sincerity and creditability, the college students'primary moral standards, consists of being sincere and being creditable. Sincerity means being sincere not hypercritic, being honest not cheating, telling truth not lying, being persevere not sluggish, with truthfulness as its core. Creditability means keeping promise, and carrying it out, credit necessarily following words, and practice necessarily leading to result. Sincerity and creditability, the Chinese traditional virtue, is also a treasure in the human history of progress. Nowadays as socialist market economy has gradually grown mature, sincerity and creditability is a valuable trait that is in great need and must be preserved, on our way towards all-rounded well-off society. The college students are the future of the country, expectation of the nation, the modeling of whose sincere and creditable trait, the developing habit of being sincere and creditable are the vital task of ideological, political and moral education. The condition of college students'sincerity and creditability, in general, is sound; on the other hand, such phenomena as sincerity and creditability deficiency lead to credit crisis, to which society, market, college, family and students all make contributions. Therefore, an effective, practical, available educational system for college students to develop sincerity and creditability must be constructed, in order to strengthen college students'education of sincerity and creditability from such aspects as ideology, content, method, approach, mechanism, construction of teaching staff.
