Research On The Mechanism For The Modern University Professor Scholarship

In the modern society, knowledge creation, dissemination and application of the modern university, become a regulator to promote social progress. However, our modern universities exist some important issues to be resolved, for example, how to promote the professor scholarship actively. In order to promote learning by professors smoothly in China, relevant scholars analyzed the problems of our modern universities in the process of implementation of learning by professors, at the same time, they gave a number of recommendations to tackle the problem. In this paper, on the basis of the existing research, the author tried to analyze and research the mechanism for learning by professors.The author firstly analyzed the learning by professors interested parties research status of professor scholarship, and then by analyzing the relevant information summed up the aspects that impact professor scholarship. In addition to these, the deficiencies of the universities also have some impact on learning by professors. To promote learning by professors in a more scientific manner, the article analyzed of the experiences and lessons of the American University in teaching scholarship. Finally, starting from the three angles of the legislation, coordination and incentive, it emphasized the improvement of laws and regulations and the construction of the university charter. Government, universities, party committees and university presidents should be coordination and supervision, incentives through fiscal autonomy and academic power, actively implement the learning by professors.On the existing basis, combined with the experience of other countries about learning by professors, the author proposed the system of the mechanism for learning by professors.
