In this paper, the design of the ball breakthrough technology teaching program, designed to give priority to with students, teachers, to explore the effectiveness of a variety of teaching methods in basketball teaching, to improve the basketball teaching method, raise the level of teaching provides new train of thought and reference.This study adopts the method of literature review, expert interview method, questionnaire method, the teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other comprehensive research methods.Using parts before and after the test method, through to the athletic sports school20young athletes capital institute of physical education for five days of teaching experiments and tests, mathematical analysis on the data obtained, the conclusion is as follows:1、This paper design the basketball teaching programs in education, teaching theory, teaching design theory as the foundation, on the cognitive psychology, the teaching theory of cybernetics, movement skill formation as the basis, combined with the characteristics and rules of basketball, to meet the requirements of the contemporary education reform and conforms to the developing direction of modern education.2、Basketball ball breakthrough technology teaching program to the scientific nature and operability, step-by-step, optimality, effectiveness as the principle, combined with the multimedia teaching method, and video feedback method, the method of cognitive training, practice law teaching methods, such as cooperation, through the optimum combination design.3、Basketball ball breakthrough technology teaching program by optimizing its structure as a breakthrough point, to create interaction, the interaction between teachers and students, the video interaction and used to improve the teaching process, in line with the students’cognitive development and the formation of motor skills, improve the learning effect.4、After the ball breakthrough technology applied in the teaching experiment teaching program, after the experiment than before students theory and have significant difference (P<0.05) shows that ball breakthrough technology teaching in the teaching process can improve the students’theoretical knowledge; After the experiment students footwork time-consuming and complete the ball breakthrough than before moving shooting time consuming and have significant difference (P<0.05), and footwork skills grades and ball breakthrough moving shooting performance has a very significant difference (P<0.01), that ball breakthrough technology teaching in the teaching process can improve students’footwork speed, enhance the student to utilize the ball breakthrough technology skillfully, the students master the skill movements of the right effect is obvious; Experiment after shooting the ball breakthrough scram students than before and shots and had significant difference (P<0.05), the ball breakthrough technology teaching in the teaching process can improve the shots, shooting from the field to form dynamic stereotype in training all the year round to maintain stability; Through the analysis of video game, after the experiment students use in the game ball breakthrough technology improvcments, improve the students’tactics.5、Basketball ball breakthrough technology teaching procedures, from the perspective of the modern education technology, to multimedia teaching, video feedback in the teaching process, improve the enthusiasm of the students to learn and apply to the standardization of technical movement. Students also used to explore and practice, teaching and cognitivc training cooperation game, with students practice is given priority to, complementary, under the guidance of teachers to establish students’ inner feedback system, create a good classroom atmosphere, lets the student in the mastery of technique structure at the same time, improve the students’ability of flexible use of technology, deepen students’understanding of learning technology and application.
