Basketball teaching and training program for Chinese youth is an important basis to ensure the scientific and reasonable basketball teaching and training for Chinese youth and to lay an important foundation for China’s basketball career.Up to now,China has formulated four copies of the outline,the most recent of which was published in 2012 by professor wang shou.With the development of The Times,the changes of the world basketball environment and the changes of the physical and mental development of the youth,it is urgent to formulate a new Chinese youth basketball teaching and training program,so the longitudinal comparison of the four editions of the program has extremely important research value.This paper makes a longitudinal study of the four editions of Chinese youth basketball teaching and training program,compares and studies the similarities and differences of several revisions,and summarizes the experience and rules through expert interviews,logical analysis and other research methods,and draws the following conclusions:(1)"China youth basketball teaching and training program" after 30 years of evolution,training excellent reserve talents has always been the goal of the program;The guiding ideology of the outline is inclined from the key weak links to the comprehensive development.The addition of theoretical knowledge and other contents in the revision process shows that the compilation structure is becoming more and more mature.The specific content is richer and more detailed.(2)The main basis for dividing the age of the outline is always the growth and development law of teenagers,which is closely connected with the development of teenagers,which reflects the scientific nature of the outline.In addition,the first three editions of the outline also refer to the formation of sports skills and the arrangement of school education grades,while the fourth edition focuses on the competition system of the Asian federation and the international basketball federation.(3)The training content and load arrangement are more rigorous,the selection of evaluation indicators and the formulation of standards are more scientific and pragmatic,and the overall outline shows a trend of scientific development.Based on the basketball environment and the physical and mental development of teenagers,this paper makes a scientific and reasonable revision to make the framework structure more perfect and the content more comprehensive and rigorous.(4)There is a problem that "outline" does not pay enough attention to theoretical knowledge,personality cultivation and knowledge related to sports injury,and it fails to integrate cultural education,quality education and physical education organically.(5)There are still many problems in the implementation of the outline,mainly reflected in the following aspects: insufficient implementation and low usage;The trainer did not give feedback in time and could not confirm the training effect. |
