In recent years, China and the world are committed to the lessonstudy research, Japan has long lesson study as some kind of routineactivities to carry out; various Western countries learn from Japan’sexperience, based on local experience promotion; until the beginning ofthe21st century, China’s primary and secondary school teachers andresearchers began to explore and implement lesson study in the strictsense. Lesson study in teaching practice and teaching theory bridge,leading to the normal classroom for the study, by emphasizing teachers’constructive reflection and continuous improvement of teaching behavior,to improve the practical wisdom of teachers, improve collaboration teamanalysis, problem-solving capability. This article seeks to expound: theconnotation of Lesson study, the characteristics of Lesson study; theconstituent elements of the Lesson Study Lesson study theimplementation of Lesson Study Reflection Lesson study from thefollowing aspects. Aimed at the description of the multi-faceted,multi-angle. For teachers, just to understand the theory connotation is notenough, the depth Lesson based design classroom observation scale,multi-dimensional analysis of the normal classroom, lesson study toarrive at an increase of teacher’s professional knowledge, and promotethe mutual cooperation of the teachers.
