Research On Campus Culture Carriers Construction In Secondary Vocaltional Schools

Campus culture construction in secondary vocational schools is an important path to set up a good educational environment, to improve the students’ comprehensive quality and ability, and to promote the connotative development of schools. Campus culture carriers construction in secondary vocational schools is a kind of physical or spirit entity besides various dynamic activities, which loads and transfers the campus culture contents and forms, and is the key acting point and the gripper in the construction of campus culture for schools.Although the theory studies on secondary school campus culture by Chinese scholars have become rich, those research on a micro level is still insufficient. Based on this research demand, this paper employs comprehensive research methods including the literature research, questionnaire, interview and observation, so as to conduct theoretical and practice investigation on campus culture carriers construction in secondary vocational schools. Firstly, this study sets forth from the types and the internal values of the campus culture construction carriers, then summarizes the current general paths of carriers construction, meanwhile makes a contrastive analysis for the characteristics and values among these paths; Secondly, a typical case was selected for further investigation, including on the realistic path of the school campus culture carriers construction and the resulting reflection, from which to sum up experience in carriers construction achievements, and to disclose the problems of carriers construction existing in subjects’ participation, the culture contents, the overall planning thoughts and the supporting conditions; Finally, combining with the investigation results and some outstanding practice cases of secondary school campus culture construction, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve secondary vocational school campus culture carriers construction, from respects of optimizing the planning and management of campus cultural construction, adjusting the direction of carriers construction, deepening the connotation of carriers construction, expending the paths of the carriers construction, and strengthening the security for carriers construction, etc, so as to give full play to the educational value of campus culture.This paper studies from the perspective of secondary school campus culture carriers construction to provide with reference for secondary school campus cultural construction practice, thus to improve the pertinence and effectiveness in the campus cultural construction and enrich the existing campus culture construction theories.
