Empathy accuracy refers to the degree to which one interaction is able to aceurately infer the specific content of another interaction’s thoughts and feelings. The degree of empathic accuracy determines weather the pre-service teachers can be a good teacher. By expressing empathy to students, a positive relationship will be established between teacher and students, which can not only affect the students’performance in school, can also affect the students’ hole life. Previous studies had shown that trainings which used curriculums was time-consuming and had different effects.Domestic study on empathy accuracy suggested that standard video paradigm can improve empathy ability. Therefore the paper focused the effect of feedback in Standard stimulus paradigm on the empathy accuracy of pre-service teachers, which aimed to analyze the reliability and the validity of standard video and considered the specific effect and influence process of feedback in improving the teachers’ empathy ability.The study includes two parts. By investigating296senior middle school students’ life stress and subjective well-being in Jinhua city, typical problems about students are knewn. Using a hidden camera video, the conversations between teachers and students were obtained. By collecting the target students’reported entries, a preliminary inspection of video quality was carried out, and the image and the quality of the training videos were edited.90pre-service teachers were invited to watch the video and infer the target students ideas or feelings which had been reported. Than,4evaluators assessed concluded VS reported entries, which were collected afteron, to test the reliability and validity of the standard stimulus videos. In the second study,62pre-service teachers were invited as subjects. As the feedback been the independent variable, the empathic accuracy scores been the dependent variable, an independent sample test was carried out to make sure wheather feedback improved pre-service teachers’ empathy empathic accuracy. After then on, interviews were carried out on pre-service teachers to disvover the effect of the feedback in training video. The results are as follows:1, Four factors was identified as the theme of the training videos:interpersonal communication, learning, school and performance,2, The standard stimulus video has better assessed consistency, consistency between the target and ideal difficulty levels, has high empirical validity and face validity.3, After training empathic accuracy of the pre-service teachers in experimental group is significantly higher than that of the pre-service teachers in control group.The feedback in the training video can improve the accuracy of pre-service teachers’empathy.4, Narrative analysis showed that after training all pre-service teachers’ empathy tendency was improved; Feedback promoted the pre-service teachers in experimental group to correct mistakes, find rules, explore themselves, instrospect practices, and the pre-service teachers in control group got little promotion.
