Teachers’empathy ability have an important effect on students’grades, interpersonal relationship and career development. It could significantly promote the growth of students and teachers. Researches show that teachers’empathy ability can improve after training.Psychologists attached great importance to the training methods, contents, times and frequency.In China, there are no empirical studies on primary school teachers’empathy ability.This study was to develop primary school teachers’ empathy ability training video,use Ickes’standardization empathic accuracy paradigm for the foundation.On the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign project, designing the training plan by myself to train primary teachers’empathy ability.This research contains three researches mainly.in the first research, we provide questionnaires to200pupils who are in two grade five and two grade six in Jin Hua.We want to understand negative factors in pupils daily life.And through the depth interview, sound recording, video, collect special point, video standardization to develop elementary school teachers’empathy ability training video material.In the second research,with79college students as subjects, quasiexperimental design was adopted to explore the functions of feedback in influencing empathic accuracy.In the third research,on the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign project,designing the training plan by myself to train20primary teachers’empathy ability. We discussed the functions of training in influencing teachers’empathy ability,and interviewed some of the training teachers.The aims are to understand the comprehensive effect of the training.The results of the research are as follows: (1)Empathy videos have good differential validity and the internal consistency reliability.(2)The experimental group’s empathic accuracy is significantly higher than the control group’s empathic accuracy.(3)The training group’s empathic accuracy is significantly higher than the no training group’s empathic accuracy.(4)The results of the interview are that most of the training teachers think the training improve empathy consciousness and empathy ability, have very great help to teaching.
