In this article, I use some methods to research such asDocument-data method、 Questionnaire method、 Field survey method、 Expertinterviews、Mathematical Statistics、Logical analysis and so on. I will take part of somekindergartens in Chengdu as the center point. At the same time, the main target of theresearch is the leaders and teachers of Kindergartens、parents of kids and the experts ofInfant Basic Gymnastics in Sichuan Which from western Sichuan Plateau and SichuanBasin. My analysis of the development status of Infant Basic Gymnastic in SichuanProvince based on the above. The conclusions are as follows:(1)The managementmechanism of Infant Basic Gymnastics Projects in Sichuan Province is not prefect. Theprovincial organization and management institution of Infant Basic Gymnastics Projectsis prefect, but the institutions are lack of effective management and guidance to theother prefectures and cities.(2)The faculty structure of Infant Basic GymnasticsProjects in Sichuan Province is not reasonable. The teachers concentrated in the agebetween18-30years which shares of nearly3/4of all surveyed teachers the team ofteachers tend to be younger, and the age structure is imbalance. The teachers who haveno experience in sport are68.28%of all surveyed teachers. The expertise and researchcapacity of Infant Basic Gymnastics is relatively weak.(3)The teaching conditions andfunds of Infant Basic Gymnastics Projects are lack of protecting.70%of kindergartenteaching basic venues and facilities are satisfied the needs of sports activities. Becauseof the narrow channel of the source of funding, the development of Infant BasicGymnastics is restricted.(4)The teaching content of Infant Basic Gymnastics Projects isrelative simple, and the shortage of expertise textbooks of Infant Basic Gymnastics. Theabove reasons, to some extent, affected the development of Infant Basic Gymnastics.(5)The teaching time of Infant Basic Gymnastics is too much and teaching method issingle.49.31%of the kindergartens guarantee that the time of participating in basicgymnastics activities is5hours per person, and1hour per day averagely. Thekindergartens have6-10hours of activities take2.78%of all. For45.85%of thekindergartens, the time of participating in basic gymnastics activities is less than1hoursper day, and the most content is action demonstration.(6)The six major factors whichinfluent the promotion of Infant Basic Gymnastics Projects in Sichuan Province is: Thedegree of attention on Infant Basic Gymnastics of leaders; The influence of Socialpropaganda; The cognition on Infant Basic Gymnastics Projects of the kindergartens’leader and teachers; The degree of support on Infant Basic Gymnastics of kids’ parents;Teaching conditions and funding on Infant Basic Gymnastics; The competition systemof Infant Basic Gymnastics Performances Conference. On this basis, I put forward these recommendations of the development of Infant Basic Gymnastics Projects in SichuanProvince:(1) Do exertion in Leadership and oversight functions of relevant departmentsadequately.(2)Strengthen the publicze of Infant Basic Gymnastics.(3) Strengthen theunderstanding and recognition of Infant Basic Gymnastics of the kindergartens’ leadersand teachers and kids’ parents.(4) Improve teaching conditions and raise funds inmulti-channel.(5) Open the courses of Infant Basic Gymnastics in Early childhoodeducation professional in University.(6) Prefect the tournament system of Infant BasicGymnastics.(7) Strengthen the cultivation of teachers of Infant Basic Gymnastics.
