It is of a sports center as the competent authority to direct operational guidance and management, school of gymnastics and training base connect with each other, the pattern of a kind of management.In the practical management process the issues of the unperfected mechanism and lacking of measures have a bad influence on Zigong gymnastics development.(2) Zigong gymnastics coaches in team construction is not quite Science. Zigong gymnastics coach team is a main in youth. Recording of formal schooling is not high; lacking of teaching experience; professional dedication needs to be improved and professional title structure is unreasonable. Besides their research capability is not strong、lacking of learning opportunities、incentive system is defective so it takes an effect on scientific training.(3) Zigong Sports School Gymnastics Reserved person is small and the dimension of player’s team is small. What’s more their training interest is not high; training enthusiasm is poor; cultural learning and training out of the phenomenon is serious, especially the lacking of high level athletes.(4)Gymnastics talent training quality and efficiency is not high and the scientific training level is too low. And the training is lack of systematicness, the training program’s implementation is poor, training time is limited and the opportunity of athletes attending competition is not so much which all result in the situation of the training objectives and tasks’ complement is not optimistic.(5)Training funds comes single, commercialize degree is low.Training fee is much depend on government funding, a plurality way of income-generating is sluggish and the level of market training is not higher, resulting in training funds are on edge. Training environment is not perfect. Ground equipment can basically meet the training requirements, but the field equipment maintenance and updating equipment still exist problem.(6)The main factors of effect Zigong amateur gymnastics development are:firstly,the main competent departments pay less attention and supports on it in funds and policy.Secondly.the construction of Gymnastics training team is unreasonable. Coach hire and training mechanism needs to be improved, while their professionalism should be improved.Thirdly, Gymnastics talent training quality and efficiency is not high, the scientific training level is low and lacking of systemic training, training program’s implementation is poor and lacking of scientific system selection.Fourthly,there is no perfect athletes’cultural education system.
