Stoichiometric class is the focus of high school students studying chemistry is difficult, it is particularly important to high school students so the research process to solve the problem of the stoichiometric class. Characterization of the problem is the problem-solving process understanding of the issues, is the central link of the problem-solving; Influencing factors obstructions and obstacles in the problem-solving process, only they have in-depth understanding in order to avoid and overcome.I verbal reports study high school students to solve chemical calculations class of problems in the process of problem representation; questionnaire was used to understand the influencing factors of high school chemistry calculation class problem-solving. The main findings are as follows:1. Research on the characterization of the problem:(1) Characterization of the stoichiometric class showing the diversity and levels;(2) Stoichiometric class problem-solving process, alternating different characterization methods;(3) Chemical characterization of calculating class problem solving problem solving throughout the whole process;(4) Chemical Calculation Problem Solving Principles characterization is the key to an effective solution to the problem;2. Influencing factors:(1) The higher the amount of student knowledge of chemistry, chemical calculations correct rate higher problem solving;(2) Metacognitive monitoring the higher the level, the better stoichiometric problem solving;(3) Information on the topic of omissions and errors in the understanding of chemical computational problems affecting students an effective solution; On the basis of the above research, the author proposes recommendations teacher teaching chemical calculations:(1) Emphasis on the teaching of chemistry basics, so that the mastery of knowledge;(2) Training Metacognitive improve the ability of students to solve chemical calculations;(3) Emphasis on chemical sample teaching computational problems.
