Since the founding of the PRC, China has formulated and promulgated a series of favorable for measurement and evaluation of physical health condition of students of the file such as "labor health system","national physical training standards","national student physical health standard". What’s more, the measurement and evaluation of student physique health is gradually developing and improving.However, these documents and standards are not related to specific health measurement and evaluation of physical part of students with disabilities. So, the study in all kinds of disabled students, or the ordinary school mainstreaming students with disabilities, are able they to monitor physical health status, how about the method of monitoring methods, how to test results? We don’t know, In the promotion of social equity, physique monitoring disabled groups is an unavoidable problem. Deletion of the monitoring results, not only affect the national monitoring system and the students’physical health standard in China, but also to a certain extent deprived as a vulnerable groups of the disabled physical health monitoring rights.Based on the above reality, this paper uses the literature method, survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, at the same time,in-depth investigation on physical health monitoring system of visual physical disabled students crowd, disability of40visual acuity (grade one and grade two) experimental study of students, In the "national student physical health standard" in the experiment, not-suitable index was carried out:1000metres (male),800meters (female), step test,50meters run, standing long jump.Four indexes of visual physical disabled students are not valid or not complete, In addition, through the demonstration experiment, correlation of alternative indicators of surrogate markers of the conclusions of the research, as follows:1. for the visual disability degree of heavy students,60seconds60squatting up can be the alternative functions of the individual cardiopulmonary step test index;2. for the visual disability degree of heavy students,30meters index can replace the reaction speed quality run50meters and25meters X2shuttle run; 3. for the visual disability degree of heavy students, vertical jump height can instead of standing long jump that reflect the test index of explosive force of the lower limbs.
