| In the context of "the Healthy China",it is important to solve the health problems of key groups such as the disabled, achieving universal health coverage and promoting social equity are the important step to promote social civilization and progress in China.Nowadays, the physical health of disabled students and education equity have been drawn more and more public interest and attention, which leads to the physical monitoring of disabled students developed an unavoidable problem.Up to now, however,we have not developed a physical fitness test standard or programmatic document applicable to disabled students.Besides,it is clearly stated in the Student Physical Fitness Test Standard that "students who are ill or disabled can submit an application to the school for exemption from physical fitness test".This deprives the disabled teenagers of the right to test their own physique level and exposes the deficiencies of testing disabled people’s physique health in our country. Therefore,it is extremely urgent to construct a suitable physical health test standard for Chinese students with disabilities. This study focuses on the adolescents of visual impairment and tries to construct the index of physical health test for visually impaired adolescents.Based on the mature and widely applied Brockport Physical Fitness Test standard for disabled students in the United States, analyzing the concept, objective and principle of it systematacially, adopting comprehensive research methods such as Field Investigation Method,Semistructured Interview,Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process. It is for the sake of providing a full set of systematic index references for the measurement of physique health of the adolescents of visual impairment. The research conclusions are as follows:1.In this study,an index system suitable for physical fitness test ofvisual impairment adolescents was established, including 3 primary indexes: aerobic function, body composition and skeletal muscle function;3 secondary indexes: muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, balance;and 10 three-level indicators: vital capacity, body mass index, grip strength,1min sit-up,push-up,standing long jump, back hands hook, sitting forward bend, standing on one foot test, straight walking test;2.This study applies this index system to the actual measurement of physical health of visually impaired adolescents, and the test results show that the index system has a statistically normal distribution, high reliability, validity and differentiation, and can be well applied to the measurement of physical health of visually impaired adolescents, indicating that the index system is scientific and highly applicable. |
