The Reserch On Interactive Between Communist Party Construction In High Education And Student Manangement

"Training qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics are the core missions of ideological and political education of college students and the fundamental task of party construction." The party construction of college students and college student management is always an important work, scholars and leaders have paid a lot of attention to these two aspects. A large number of scholars from different aspects and levels of in-depth and meticulous research to these two subjects, however, scholars did not much to combine the two. This article tries to study these two together from the work of Party construction and college student management work. As a result of the development of socialist market economy and the popularization of college education, modern information technology deeply affected, Party construction and student management work is facing both opportunities and challenges. Facing the new century, new situation and new problems, colleges’management level must reform innovative methods and way of thinking, improve the efficiency of work...so as to train high-quality successors of socialist cause.This paper is divided into five parts. The third part—it has detailedly analysed about the interactive content and way between university student party construction and student management work. This part mainly analysed on the research of Party construction for college students and college student management in the static content and dynamic content from the resources, aim, function. It has stated the interactive way of College Students’Party construction and student management from the theme, subject, carrier. The fourth part—it is about the interactive status quo of university student party construction and management of college students. It has researched the interaction coordination performance and achievements of College Students’Party construction and student management, analyzed their interaction is not coordinate the present situation and the reason. The fifth part—it is about the measures and suggestions on how to develop a positive way of interaction between College Students’Party construction and student management. A series of new means have been promoted from four aspects namely the ideological theory, practical work, working system and organizations.
