Study On The Standardization Of Content And Form Of College Student Management System-A Case Of Colleges&Universities In Hunan

Construction of student management system in colleges in China was advanced constantly, but the system is still imperfect. The content of the system isn’t normative, some complex student affairs can’t be disposed and the relationship between school and students can’t be adjusted effectively.To carry out the educational policy of managing the university by law and dealing with student affairs by rule, with the theoretical guidance from Jurisprudence, Management and education, based on related state law, regulations and policies, this essay tries to frame student management system according to masloW’s demand levels theory and to build institutional system according to student affairs, and studies the text of colleges student management system from seven universities in Hunan with research and demonstration of six representative institutions, in which the system’s management problems and defects in content and form are analyzed and summarized, relevant strategies on standardization are put forward respectively, aiming to ensure its legality, improve its efficiency and enhance its educational function, and look forward to benefits the construction of students management system and standardization of content of colleges student management system.
