Research On Cultural Construction And Honest Administration System In Universities

At present, strengthening the construction of the Party style and cleangovernment has been stressed many times, and this is also a political problemconcerned by vast numbers of leading cadres and the masses of people. University isthe main place to train successors of the socialist cultural construction. Therefore, itshould inherit and carry forward the culture of honest administration, further promotethe anti-corruption construction in universities, speed up the culture development incolleges and universities, and provide strong guarantee for the reform anddevelopment in colleges and universities.The clean system culture construction is the main content of the honestgovernment culture, and is also the important part of the education of honesty. Itshould base on the education, establish the strong notion of honesty and guidecollege faculty and staff, and advocate honesty and law-abiding behavior. Universityis the main land of advanced socialist culture and the important birthplace of socialpositive energy. Under the new situation, a deep study and exploration of problemsof honest administration system and culture construction in university has importanttheoretical significance and practical value for universities’ sound and rapiddevelopment and the construction of universities honesty culture theoretical system.The research shows that the construction of clean government has remarkableresults, but the corruption in colleges and universities is still very common, thus, theconstruction of clean system culture becomes more and more urgent. This paper,based on summarizing research results of domestic and foreign scholars, analyzingthe actual situation of university and college clean system culture that existsproblems and the reasons. According to the existing problems and reasons and thereference and enlightenment of foreign advanced cultural construction of honestgovernment system, this paper explores cultural construction in our universities’ clean and honest administration system and gets solutions such as strengthening theeducation of university clean system cultural construction, constructingthe ideological and ethical defense line, implementing the anti-corruption and cleansystem education, establishment of sound mechanism of supervision and preventionsystem, strengthening the construction of the occupation morals and the criterion ofteachers and students behavior, strengthening and perfecting the responsibilitysystem and construction security system, strengthening the clean system cultureconstruction, and creating good atmosphere on campus.
