According to the track of students’ mathematics achievements in the college entrance examination in the long term of teaching practice, most of the students understanding of the mathematical knowledge is limited to the surface, and cannot form a logical hierarchy, so that by applying mathematical knowledge to solve the comprehensive problems when they feel very difficult, this problem caused the author’s deep thinking.This article is from the perspective of philosophy of science, philosophy of mathematics in combing for mathematics essence and system theory and constructivism theory of cognitive structure of mathematics recognition based on the analysis of the cognitive structure of mathematics essence; then using Popper’s world3theory, specific research mathematical cognitive structure formation process and conditions, and systematically demonstrates the optimization mathematical cognitive structure, characteristics, function and construction principles, and combining with our own practice, proposed constructs the optimization of cognitive structure of mathematics teaching suggestions.The literature research, concept analysis, basic research method and other methods are mainly used in this article. Through in-depth study of the final conclusion, either from the angle of system theory of reflection of mathematical cognitive structure or in the constructivism theory in the analysis of the cognitive structure of mathematics, and mathematics essence that type of experience and deduction of dialectical unity has closes relation. Only with the students as the main body, by appropriately setting question situation and the regulation of students’psychological tendency, the students mathematical cognitive structure, a comprehensive and detailed understanding, through the appropriate teaching methods to help students who lack the idea to build up, make obscure problem gradually clear, so as to promote the students’ cognition known by the District smooth transition to unknown area, at the same time in the process of teaching active penetration of mathematical thought and method, pay attention to the integrity of teaching, optimization of the final form of the structure of mathematical cognition.
