Women occupy an important place in family life, is the main bearer of family matters, so whether they work directly proportional to household decision-making powers and their families bear it? This paper conducted a thorough discussion.The women’s movement spurred rising more attention on the variety of dynamic women in society, more and more women in the family expert pointed out the heavy load of housework far beyond women’s own body, there are many citizens willing to admit women housework However, the actual life of women in the family and no significant improvement.Under the influence of traditional ideas, women still called the male appendage, only do men behind the woman.This paper focuses on family decision-making rights situation in Beijing married women described, in which the actual measurement of the family decision-making include:decisions on major family events, personal property possession case/resource for their own personal and family matters to grasp the extent of the powers of self-evaluation of these four aspects to analyze the extent of Beijing couples decisions on family matters.In this paper, the married population survey in Beijing, specifically based on the couple married people60years of age for the study.Methods through research and interviews analysis, decision-making powers to the family situation of Beijing residents a realistic description and analysis of the factors affecting the decision-making rights of women are summarized by a professional social worker interviews, eventually, give full play to the role of social work intervention at the household level, the proposed reasonable and feasible measures to enhance family decision-making power of women.
