As we all know,family is the cell of society. However, family is more important to everyone as a place where we can recognize our origin and place our emotions. As the development of society and change of family structure, problems once never occurred in family are now approaching, which now need our attention. Based on relative interview data and practical experience, the paper is mainly focused on the topic about family identification and the hard situation of newly-married women, and also about space and measures that social workers can intervene. Emphasizing on the study of family structure, researchers paid less attention on subjective identification of family members. Actually, with the social transformation brought by modernization, we can never say that female identification and recognition are as same as in old times because most of them are born in the wave of family planning which makes them different in family identification after they are married. As a major that promotes "helping people to help themselves", social work needs to discover the essence of family identification problem that newly-married women are faced with, draw up the appreciate way to intervene, and find new measure that can help them out.The paper is consisted of six parts:part one is about research background, description of the problem, meaning of the research and the innovative point; part two is about literature review and theories on family, family identification, relative social work, including family life-eycle theory, family system theory and interaction theory; part three is about the family identification conditions that newly-married women faced up with and the causes, such as confusion of "family", dilemma between household duties and job, confusion of different house roles, burden of household duties and soon, also this part describes the formation of this disorder, including difficulty of role adaption, stronger awareness of independency, closeness of original family, interaction of family members and lack of communication approaches;part four is the analysis about social causes of the phenomenon in four aspects which are change of family structure and generation support, stronger awareness of female achievement motivation and independence, rapid population movement and generation separation and transformation from man-favored to gender equality; part five is about space and measures that social workers can intervene, which can be accomplished in two aspects——prevention before the bad situation happening and support when family identification is confuse, and also this part offers a specific social work design; the last part is about conclusion and reflection, which reviews the research thoughts and discusses insufficient part of the paper.
