Inrecent years, our heritage of Chinese traditional sports culturemore and more attention, the university is an important frontTraditional Sports and Development, the face of strong offensivemodern Western sports, traditional sports in colleges anduniversities to carry out passive situation facing great Next, how tofurther promote and develop the excellent traditional Chinesesports culture, how to improve the teaching effect of nationaltraditional sports are placed in front of every sports worker issues.In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaire, mathematicalstatistics, expert interviews on PECourse Traditional Ethnic Sportsin Shanxi Province to investigate the effect of teaching analysis toidentify the main factors influencing the effectiveness of PhysicalEducation and targeted to explore improvement strategies in orderto promote undergraduate PECourse Shanxi traditional nationalsports teaching.Results: Through PECourse national traditional sports teaching effect Shanxi survey found that student achievement goals in fivegeneral areas of cognition traditional national sport of theoreticalknowledge is not good, most of the students on the heritage oftraditional sports culture cognition is not in place, but most of thestudents think that traditional national sport suitable physicalexercise as a lifelong sport and are willing to choose it as thepreferred or alternative projects in future exercises. Shanxiuniversity teachers in the use of teaching methods, conduct groupinteraction, arrange teaching load, respect for students, teachingand other aspects of the situation is not optimistic enthusiasm.Through the survey found that the impact of national Shanxi NormalUniversity Physical Education is a major factor in the effect of thetraditional teaching content set is not balanced, the organizationalform of a single lesson, outdated teaching methods, poorfoundation of most students, some students learning attitude is notcorrect, learning motive is not clear, and so on.Recommendation: Set to be combined with the teaching contentof university student interests, easily select students to receive,with the actual value of exercise teaching content; improveorganizational forms of traditional ethnic sports curriculum;extensive of the Traditional Sports extracurricular activities;better carry out national traditional sports curriculum to prepare.Teachers understand student learning to master the basicconditions and in the development of teaching objectives, teachingcontent arrangement, choice of teaching methods, teachingschedule arrangements, and the need to understand students’learning motivation, learning motivation is not clear encountered students to be active persuasion, understand student learningattitudes and factors that affect student learning and positiveguidance for the problem. Professional training opportunities toincrease traditional ethnic sports teachers to provide educationand academic exchange opportunities for teachers to improveteachers’ theoretical and technical levels. Teachers in the teachingprocess to the extensive use of new knowledge and new technologyinnovation of teaching methods, mobilize the enthusiasm ofstudents. And to establish scientific and comprehensive evaluationsystem in an effort to improve teaching effectiveness programevaluation as a means rather than an end. Write teaching reflection,every after-school teaching objectives set expectations andcompletion summarize periodically collect feedback from studentson courses, and students try to equality, democracy, friendly newteacher-student relationship.
