With the rapid development of China’s social and political economy, a growing number of young workers in rural and urban disadvantaged communities into the city, then in the majority of regions also will produce a special minor groups-children left behind. Left-behind children, is a derivative of China’s urban-rural dual system. This paper mainly left-behind children in Hefei Haiheng content community education, mental health, social and other aspects of infringement as the focus of investigation and analysis, found that children left behind in the area of widespread community tension relationship with their parents, due to physical and mental health Jia, vulnerable to various violations, such as social issues. The importance and seriousness of this paper to solve the problem of children left behind questions raised, has put forward to solve the problem of children left behind some ideas and countermeasures to update the community and parents of children left behind issues, so that the community and the majority of parents are widely concerned about the children left behind.
