Evaluation Practice And Research Of Community School Project For Left-behind Children

In recent years,social work has been developed,and social work services have also won the attention of all walks of life.However,compared with it,social work assessment has developed slowly.It is found that most of the domestic project evaluation is still at a shallow level.In the selection of evaluation methods,more attention is paid to the result evaluation,but the process evaluation is ignored,which is not comprehensive enough;In terms of evaluation results,we pay attention to quantitative indicators and ignore the influence of visualization;In the aspect of impact assessment,we attach importance to cost-effectiveness and ignore professional and social impact.Social work evaluation can not only improve the management level and service quality of social work institutions,but also ensure the professionalism of services,improve the credibility of services,and promote the development of social work.This paper takes the "seven colors" left behind children community school service project as the research object,from an empirical point of view,using social work theory and social work methods to evaluate the degree of realization of the project,to explore whether the intervention of community school service project on left behind children is effective,and to construct a perfect evaluation index from the three aspects of project demand,project process and project result,Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the project.This paper first introduces the project from the background,positioning and implementation of the project,and then focuses on the evaluation of all aspects of the project,finds the advantages and disadvantages in the operation of the project,and puts forward suggestions,and finally summarizes and reflects on the whole evaluation process.After evaluation,it is found that the overall operation of the project is good,the needs of the service objects are met,and the service has achieved certain results.In the process of project execution,the organization effectively integrated multiple resources and carried out unique group activities,which was well received by the service objects.However,the project also has some problems,such as weak practical ability of social workers,lack of project influence,weak concept of project operation and improper handling of parting emotion of service objects.Therefore,in the process of project implementation,attention should be paid to project publicity,improving project concept,strengthening the training of social workers' practical ability,and paying attention to the treatment of service objects' parting emotion,so as to improve the service ability of social work organizations,and provide reference experience for the practice and evaluation of similar social work projects in the future.
