As backbone of the socialist construction is necessarythat they completely before entering society accept the ideological and politicaleducation, so as to set up the correct values.The ideological and political education of healthy personality, emphasis on talenton the spiritual growth of the talent, for the purpose of the comprehensive progress oftalent. In financial field in our country, the important role of ideological and politicaleducation in the cultivation of the students in financial and economics growing,business students for the future development of the market economy has a specialimportant role, therefore, in finance in the colleges and universities set up themechanism of ideological and political education effect is significant.This article is mainly for graduate students groups in the professional financial andeconomics, analyzing the present situation and problems of ideological and politicaleducation research and economics graduate students in the process of ideological andpolitical education problems, and analyzes on these problems, it is concluded that thereasons and puts forward practical measures.
