The Construction Of Harmonious School Study In New Period

There is one of the most important destination for our nation to construct harmonious society. The harmonious school construction will benefit the harmonious society and students’future as well. Thus, we should regard it as the important task for us to build the harmonious schools. As a new type one, the harmonious school has particular characters. Firstly, we should have harmonious order. Secondly, we should do everything for the students and teach them in different ways according to their personalities. Thirdly, we should cultivate human spirit in campus. Forthly, the schools should play roles in social affairs.We choose the Suzhou Xishan middle school as the case to carry on our empirical study. From the study, we found there are some problems in current harmonious school construction:The school services is not able to fully satisfy the requirements from students; the personalities of teachers need to be improved; the teaching management and administration system are far from sound. Thus we should take ways to construct harmonious schools. Firstly, We have to innovate education models, make teachers participate in education reform more positively and renew their mind. Secondly, improve administration, take use of the democratic administration. Thirdly, promote the campus culture construction. Lastly, make schools participate in social works more actively.
