Training of highly qualified teachers is a new challenge for the teacher’s education raised from China’s basic education. Courses of chemistry teaching skills play pivotal roles in training of high-quality chemistry teachers. However, there exist many problems in setting specific content in curriculum teaching due to a short time from the opening of the courses and the teaching mode of the course which is inappropriate, which make the students’teaching ability enhancement via the courses of chemistry teaching skills be limited. The specification of chemistry teaching skills is studied in this paper. According to the teaching ability of high-quality chemistry teachers had, this paper which tries to develop the specific content of the course specification, the optimization of the teaching mode, the learning modules of the specific content and the basic teaching methods of various kinds of chemical knowledge can promote students’chemistry teaching capability to rapidly increase. The study innovative in chemistry teaching theory forms the system theory of course teaching. This teaching model has good theoretical and good usability in training high-quality chemistry teachers.We build the Three-stage model of teaching for the chemistry teaching skills. By practicing of the model, students get a good understanding of the principles and the methods of teaching all kinds of chemistry knowledge.It also set up a teaching content system:chemistry class basic norms; molecular, atomic, chemical formula, element valence, oxygen, carbon dioxide and according to the formula calculation in ninth grade chemistry teaching; sodium, the amount of substance, the oxidation-reduction reaction, Chemical bond in high school chemistry teaching. By setting the norms of the focus and the difficulty knowledge, students can get the basic teaching methods by understanding the basic principles of teaching.Base on the above, we have a teaching practice. The results of teaching practice show that in the practice of the standard teaching model of chemistry teaching skills, students demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and their teaching ability increase rapidly. During the teaching practice and the educational practice, students have good performances.The results show that this training mode is apposite and efficient in promoting students’chemistry teaching skills. Students can basically get the teaching goal, efficient form their chemistry teaching skills.
