The current research begins with the developing research of the teaching skills presented by the initial chemistry teachers(beginning chemistry teachers and quasi teachers ), then on the based of the literature researching, according to the produces of microteaching skills and the characteristic of chemistry discipline combined the new requirements for teaching skills of teacher under the new curriculum ideas. The author presented the specific teaching skills of this paper. The specific teaching skills of the current research contains: the essential teaching skills and the skills of guiding students to learn. The essential teaching skills contains: skill one, skill two, skill three. Skill one contains: oral skill, body skill, writing skill, induct the new course skill, questioning skill, control the classroom skill, ending skill. Skill two: chemistry experiment operating skills. Skill three: modern educational technology applications skills. Skill four: the skills of guiding students to learn contains: the skills of concerned about the overall development of students, the skills of the students feelings, attitudes, values education, the skills of students concerned about differences in personality, the skills of teaching diversity, the skills of arrangement layout form diversification, the skills of evaluation of the student way diversification. Based on this classification, developed the survey questionnaires and evaluation of scale of the teaching skills. We selected the 2004 quasi teachers who major in chemical which the school of X Normal University and the beginning chemistry teachers (work for 0-5 years) who work at the school which educational practice as object of study, carries on the related teaching skill questionnaire survey and the scale survey, then carries on the comparison and the analysis to the results.Through carries on the statistics and the analysis to the questionnaire for teaching skill, we obtains the results, at present, about teaching, for the beginning teachers and the quasi teachers, the essential teaching skills are superior to the skills of guiding students to learn. The beginning teachers and the quasi teachers in the teaching skills in common is: the body skill is quite good, but ending skill and modern educational technology applications skills are bad. The difference is: the beginning teachers are superior to the quasi teachers in control the classroom skill. About the skills of guiding students to learn, the beginning teachers do some relatively good in the skills of teaching diversity but the quasi teachers do some relatively good in the skills of evaluation of the student way diversification. Through carries on the statistics and the analysis to the scale for teaching skill, we obtains the result, in the essential teaching skills, the cause of the status of the beginning teachers and the quasi teachers. Through analysis the contents of the above-mentioned, we obtains the results of the current research: that is, based on a detailed analysis about the status of teaching skills of the beginning teachers and the quasi teachers. On the one hand, we proposed the essential teaching skills training matters needing attention. On the other hand, we proposed the essential teaching skills training method. Such as, we can unify the organization training and the free training, extend the time of education practice, combined the practice and the training, strengthen demonstration colleges and universities pedagogical the raise and optimized teacher qualifications recognizing further, and so on. The author based on the teachers "the skills of guiding students to learn " are not good this situation and compared the traditional teaching skills and the new curriculum idea teaching skills, then proposed a new pattern of the teaching design under the new curriculum idea. Through the new pattern of the teaching design, guide teacher's teaching skill from the idea, instruct teacher's teaching skill from the basis, hen enhances the teacher's teaching skills of guiding students to learn, so can satisfies the request for teacher's teaching skills under the new curriculum.
