University teachers as the principal and directly part of facing and getting" command of the education process, their development of teachers’professional quality will directly affect the quality of the higher education and the quality of cultivate talents for higher education. Nowadays, many university teachers to professional quality developing professional concept, professional ability, professional emotion understanding is simple. most of them lack of consciousness to develop teachers’professional quality structure, And it will lead them lost theirselves in reality teaching life about Professional self-development, because of this vague understanding, many case about university teachers in the teaching process are against law of education, also make the teacher being difficulties on professional quality development way. This paper summarizes the related research existing progressed and deficiency, the realistic research method of multidimensional multifaceted which I choose is abundant and lively show the trajectory of university teachers’ professional quality development, combing the concept of university teachers’ professional development process and summarize the law, to capture the characteristics of university teachers’professional ability development of, realize the significance of university teachers’professional emotional development.
