Currently, along with the rapid development of the global economy, scientific and technological level of the ever-changing, knowledge, talent and information have gradually become the most valuable asset in society development. In this context the development of a market economy, the rapid development of China’s higher education, the education market structure gradually shift to a buyer’s market. Enrollment Expansion of Universities since1999, China’s higher education gradually to the "mass education" changed from "elite education", enrollment increasing competition among universities. Facing this competitive market, how to stand, how to seize the initiative in the competition, improving the quantity and quality of students is the top priority at present our colleges and universities.In this paper, taking qualitative analysis and data related analyze the marketing of College and University Admissions. Putting forward a sound marketing strategy of University Enrollment ideas and a rationalization proposals for university enrollment, we hope University Enrollment based on marketing theory formed its own characteristics suitable marketing strategy, we hope universities to improve the overall educational level and promote a virtuous cycle of development of China’s higher education.Specifically, research to a university as the object, starting from the status quo of University Enrollment marketing, analyzing shortcomings of current University Enrollment marketing presence. On this basis, using a SWOT analysis of University Enrollment marketing theory internal and external environment, explaining the advantages of a university in the admissions marketing competition, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally, based on the theory4Ps, from product strategy, pricing strategy, Place strategy promotional strategies, increasing and analyzing "people-oriented" talent strategy, develop a marketing strategy in line with5Ps University Enrollment with marketing healthy development.
