Weigang Sun once said:"We should stand the height system knowledge to teach and learn", His math is not boring deductive reasoning, but passion-filled thinking. Does such mathematics teaching really exist? Is it possible? Weigang Sun, then gave this revelation teaching: mathematics itself is linked as a whole. This is derived from the grasp of the nature of mathematics, thus ensuring the overall grasp of mathematics and teaching math whenever and wherever. So, what is the nature of mathematics it? That is the thing to make math come out and continue to exist and still plays a constitutive role in the development of mathematics. This paper is inspired from the history of mathematics as well as the question,"What is mathematics" and from the perspective of form and operation to understand the nature of mathematical. From this point of view, the author will focus on four high school math classes, namely "from formula to equation","variables and functions","change rate and the derivative" and "the probability of random events", by using literature analysis to exploration what to teach and how to teach in high school mathematics classes.Based on the above understanding,"From formula to equation" teaching to make students immerse in operation with the fell of general. Teaching "variables and functions" should enable students immersed in operation with the fell of change."Change rate and the derivative" should make students immerse in operation with the sense of the infinite."Probability of random events" should enable students immersed in operation with probabilistic.We get the following conclusions from the above understanding:Only when students realized relationship between form and operation, the math quality will be reaction.The starting point of "What mathematics teaching?"and "how to teaching?" is this, so as to realize the teaching from the inside out.
