Objective:Through conducting the different intensities of a single bout mountaineering load programs by non-sports major college students, attempted to analyze and compare the same intensity at different levels (gender, fitness level) climber, different intensities of the same level (gender, fitness level) climber’s emotional state changes, and overall energy consumption levels; explore the effect of different intensities of a single bout mountaineering on the body’s energy consumption, how emotional state changes and Short-term emotional benefits changes over the intensity and time during the mountaineering, if the emotional changes and its short-term emotional benefits exist time, gender and level difference during different intensities of climbing, how is the relationship between time and intensity of positive State. Aimed at trying to get a dose-effect relationship based on the energy consumption and emotional benefit, trying to make reasonable suggestions for college students to choose climbing loads,so that it can develop positive emotional experiences in a mountaineering course, promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health, scientific mountaineering, the promotion of health with scientific methods and theoretical support. Methods:There were40college students to be tried, using strength heart rate monitors. The subjects completed large(151b/min≤170b/min≤Hb), medium (131b/min≤150b/min≤Hb), small (110b/min≤130b/min≤Hb) three different intensities, respectively climbing10min,30min,60min, and subjects evaluated their emotional state by themselves before5min, during and after15min and behavior, physiological indicators were monitored synchronously. The argument is mountaineering (high intensity of6periods:to, t1, t2, t3, t4, t5, t6; medium intensity of10periods:to, t1, t2,t3,t4, t5, t6, t7, t8, t9, t10; low intensity of16periods:to, t1, t2, t3, t4, t5, t6, t7, t8, t9, t10, t11, t12, t13, t14, t15, t16), level (2levels:adhere to group, try to group), gender (2levels:men and women), dependent variable for emotional states and energy consumption, compared before and after the experiment itself and between experimental groups.Results:1) same strength different levels mountaineering:high intensity mountaineering, pleasure and fatigue state changed obviously, pleasure sense significantly declined, fatigue felt most strongly, female and occasional exercisers of fatigue feeling significantly were greater than male and chronic exercisers; medium strength climbing, pleasure and vitality mood benefits best, which male vitality state better than female, fatigue feeling female and occasional exercisers more distinct; low strength climbing, pleasure and vitality, smooth and fatigue state changes significantly overall, males and chronic exercisers’vitality state better than female and occasional exercisers, but the fatigue feeling of the latter is significantly higher than the former.2) the same level of different intensities mountaineering:male’s vitality state was better in small intensity climbing, followed by a pleasant and smooth state and fatigue increased at the end climbing; the effect of pleasure and vitality State were best in medium strength climbing, flow state changed small, fatigue increased at the end climbing; fatigue state felt most acutely in high intensity, other emotional state declined significantly. Female’s pleasure, vitality and flow state benefits significantly in small intensity climbing; the benefits of pleasure and flow state were best in medium strength climbing, fatigue feeling increased at the end of small and medium climbing; fatigue feeling was most evident in high intensity subjects, other emotional state declined significantly. The vitality of Chronic exercisers was most obvious in small intensity mountaineering, pleasure state benefits best medium strength, medium intensity of flow state changes small, fatigue increased gradually; high intensity fatigue felt more acutely.3) Subjects’overall average heart rate in high, medium and small intensities mountaineering followed by161±9b, and142±7b, and122±7b; Subjects’MET in high, medium and small intensities mountaineering followed by8.64±0.77,5.53±0.30,3.04±0.38; Subjects’overall energy consumption followed by113.29±35.72kal,178.00±31.26kal,274.60±24.85kal. The energy consumption of subjects overall followed by113.29±35.72kal,58.85±4.37kal,42.72±8.43kal in high, medium and small intensities climbing for the same time10min, The energy consumption of subjects overall followed by178.00±31.26kal and131.98±32.74kal in high and medium intensities climbing for the same time30min.Conclusion:1) Research showed that emotional change and short-term emotional benefits of a single bout of mountaineering was significantly and they changed over time. Fatigue feeling was most evident in high intensity subjects, Small and medium intensity of positive emotional state (mainly in pleasure and vitality state) to benefit significantly.2) mood changed and short-term emotional benefits of a single bout of mountaineering had time characteristics. Pleasure state, during15-25min and after10-15min of low intensity climbing,5-20min and after1~15min of medium intensity climbing were the best time bucket, high intensity climbing continued to fall and rebounded after climbing; vitality state, during21-35min and after11~15min of low intensity,11~25min and after11~15min of medium intensity,3-5min of high intensity climbing were the best time bucket; flow state, during5~10min and after1~5min of medium and low intensity,4-6min and after1~15min of high intensity climbing were the best time bucket; fatigue feeling, during1~5min and after40~60min of low intensity,1~5min and after20-30min of medium intensity,1~3min and after7-10min of high intensity climbing were the worst time bucket.3) Emotional change and short-time emotional benefits of a single bout of mountaineering also showed gender and level differences. Male climber easier to experienced vitality and pleasure state; female climber easier to experienced vitality state during low intensity and pleasure state during medium intensity climbing; Flow state of low and medium intensity climbing men were better than women, high intensity first half men were better than women, Slightly better than men or other women with flat in other periods; fatigue state men and women felt most strongly during high intensity; chronic exercisers easier to experienced vitality state during low intensity and pleasure state during medium intensity climbing; occasional exercisers to experienced pleasure state during low intensity and vitality state during lmedium intensity climbing; chronic exercisers’flow state were better than occasional exercisers, but occasional exercisers’ fatigue feeling were stronger than chronic exercisers of different intensities.4).4) same time different intensities of mountaineering, men and women from the largest to the smallest energy consumption followed by high intensity, medium intensity and little intensity; the same time and equal strength climbing, the energy consumption in men than women5) The suitable load for College students result in good physical and psychological benefits from a single bout of Mountaineering:it is recommended that males with medium intensity, girls plus for low intensity, chronic exercisers with medium intensity, occasional exercisers with low intensity, exercise for at least20min.
