With the development of the city, people’s life rhythm is speeding up. Boarding schools provide education with great convenience. Especially the big city like Beijing, boarding schools have increased rapidly in recent years. The group of resident students has been stronger and stronger. More and more people are paying attention to their campus life and the problems they meet. Inspired by Jaspers existential philosophy of education and the main type of moral education pattern, this paper explores the connotation of human care and education significance. Through the investigation and research methods, such as interviews, participatory observation, I want to seek the value of the human care, and how to use it in boarding schools. I hope to solve the problems of the high school resident students in the school, and help them adapt to the boarding life, exercise social skills, improve their personality through using the human care.Jaspers emphasized education dialogue is the essence of the body and spirit. We should pursuit the freedom and self transcendence. He wants to explore various molds, and advocates the equal interactions between teachers and students, etc. The Lord said love itself is a kind of human concern in the education, and itself is a typical example. These ideas are full of human care. How the human care used in high school resident students’ campus life and its important reference is the most important content in this paper.First of all, I will expound the article’s research meaning and the problem. By analyzing the "human care" and "high school resident students", instruct the theoretical basis of the paper, and stripped out the value of the human care in education. Then find out the correlation of "human care" and "high school resident students", in older to determine the role of the human care in education of resident students. In this way I can explains human care is the inevitable trend of education development preliminary theoretically.Secondly, I use the analysis of the facts to show the high school campus life problems and the lack of human concern, and the real demand of human care. Finally, the most impotent in this paper is how to put the human care into practice. Previous studies mostly focus on theoretical system on the education of human concern, but lack of the method to put it into practice, and there’s no real sense of conviction. On the other side, research of human care only focused on classroom practices, but lacked of the attention to students’ spirit and their everyday life. This study explores how to carry out the human care in boarding schools. This research is based on the Jaspers’ existential philosophy of education and education the main affection said theory basis. Through the real cases in reality, and the author’s own practice seek for more persuasive, practical applicability and the way to carry out human care. Carry on the research in six aspects: the comparison, demand, teachers, and student’s dormitory culture, the parent-school joint and extracurricular activities in this paper.The purpose of this paper is to illustrate: boarder human care shows its meaning for high school resident students and their school life. At the same time I hope I can find the right way using human care.
