With the continuous development of network communication technology and gradually infiltrated into teacher training, teaching and research activities in the field of online communities of practice, teachers to become an effective way of teacher professional development. Can interact effectively is the impact of teacher professional development is the key here. In order to improve the quality of teachers in interactive online community of practice of COP’s online activities, we carried out some research work.This study first analyzed the interaction quality teachers online communities of practice COP in the early online activities, interaction quality and quality members interacting with content this two aspects including members and members of the. Among them, the interaction quality between member and member of the analysis, the author uses the social network analysis method for COP-online activities, community map, density, degree centrality; at the same time, the interaction between the members and the quality analysis of the contents, the author uses the method of content analysis, interactive content on pre COP online activities are analyzed. According to the results of the analysis based on the improved scheme, the quality of COP teachers activities online interaction. According to the plan, the author design and implement the online activities, and again the interaction analysis between the quality of active members and members and content validity, verification scheme. Results show that, the activity is the interaction quality has been improved to some extent.
