On Research Of Community Education In Guangxi From The Perspective Of Open University

At present, the majority of provinces and cities nationwide radio and Television University is to change transformation of Open University. Open University is to provide Educational resources and service platform and to help residents improve Lifelong learning and comprehensive quality. So research of the Open University building and community education theory have the vital significance to the development of community education in China, Open University.The paper is to take Guangxi area as an example because Guangxi Radio and TV University is in the transition period of the Open University, and the Guangxi government also puts community education as the focus of the construction of Guangxi in recent years. At the same time, many of China’s provinces and cities are to develop community education and are based on the construction of Open University as a starting point. Thus, the paper, the basic situation of the current community education in China is analysed. The paper is trying to find out the impact on the community education from the construction of Open University and is trying to explore the development of community education.
