Among all kinds of training in the past, statistics show that only40%of thecontent can be applied to the work, with only15%of training a year later. With thepassage of time, the training content that the trainees may retain and use will be lessand less. Therefore, to improve the training effect of migration has become animportant task at present training. Before the early1980’s, the research of trainingmigration focuses on the study of training design. Since the80’s, the research oftraining transfer focuses on factors outside of the training activities. Then later workenvironment factors influence on training transfer gradually get the attention ofpeople.Meanwhile, there is lack of migration problem on the project of teachers’education technology training. Teachers’ education technology training is for teachersto apply modern information technology in the daily teaching consciously andreasonably, optimize the teaching process and improve the teaching effect. But, aftertraining, a lot of teachers may be able to apply the training consciously in a short term,before long back to the state before the training. They haven’t fundamentally changedthe old teaching mode. This is closely connected with teachers working environmentin later stage. Therefore, the research on influence of environmental factors on teachereducation technique ability training effective migration has important theoretical andpractical significance.This paper first study on the literature research. It adequately studies literature athome and abroad about migration, work environment’s influence on training transferand education technical ability training. The research scopes and focuses on workenvironment that affect teachers’ education technical ability training on the effectivemigration. And then it constructs theory framework and assumptions that influenceteachers’ education technical ability training. Reference work environment influenceon training transfer research results, combining with the particularity of educationtechnical ability training, it preliminarily determines the environmental factorsaffecting teacher education technique ability training migration theory, and proposesthe research hypothesis according to related theory content. Second, the article has conducted an empirical research on the researchhypotheses, mainly adopts questionnaire investigation. By former analysis aboutrelevant training migration and the working environment atmosphere namely transferclimate scale, it extracts item that related to this scale, and combining with thecharacteristics of teacher education technical ability training itself to design ‘theenvironmental factors affecting teacher education technique ability training transfer’questionnaire. Distribution, collection and analysis. The analysis of questionnairemainly adopts spss19.0statistical software to analysis the reliability of thequestionnaire, correlation and regression.Finally, through the questionnaire analysis, it summarizes the researchconclusion to provide some suggestions for strengthening leadership support oftraining migration, building good learning atmosphere between colleagues, providingfavorable time equipment and financial support and forming a positive feedback workenvironment.
