College students is an important component part of the intellectuals, andis an important power base for national development and the progress of a nation, whichare precious human capitals, their values are not only have a greater impact on their owndevelopments, but also have an important impact on the future development of theChinese Communist Party and the whole country. College students are a class of moresensitive to changes to the current social situation, the ideological change from socialimpact appeared contradictory value field. Therefore, how to carry out the socialist corevalues, and guide the scientific actual processing of the value education, plan on thediversified value selection with the development trend of their own life into are theemergency keys.In this paper, firstly, it analyses the value connotation and the core values, elaboratesthe core values of socialism, specifically analyzes theoretical guidance value of the corevalue education, then introduces the specific circumstances of the socialist core valueseducation in universities, finds education has some deficiencies.. Finally, the paper givessome feasible operations to strengthen the students’ education of core values, whichstrengthen theoretical study on college students core value criterion of the essence ofeducation, fully reflect the ideological and political course is the main channel ofeducation value, and enhance the value; give the theme of social behavior, to enablestudents to combine theory with practice; strengthen college students’ psychologicalhealth education, turning it into a key measure of the core values education; strengthenthe construction of campus culture, forming the core values education material undertaker; study the new ways of mining the socialist value view education, improvingthe education effect to strengthen the students’ core values education.
