"Curriculum" is a basic vocabulary in the field of education. At the same time, the word is one of the most widely used concepts in education. Course issues in the core position of the education reform in our country and one of the most difficult problems. Meanwhile, curriculum is the focus of many education researchers. Curriculum experts have written monographs, all kinds of curricular theory arises in the historic moment. The Jewish American Schwab for his unique practical curriculum ideas to be congnitived and accepted by people. Relate to ordinary education, vocational and technical education is lately started and not perfect in china, professional education courses faced more complicated problem, especially highlighting many questions on the research. Schwab’s thought of practical course always stand in the angle of the centered on practice to research. Thus coincides with the essence of the practice of Vocational Education, his thought is worth of further research and learn.This article consists of four chapters.The first chapter is "introduction". Firstly, this chapter based on the relation of Schwab practical curriculum theory to the vocational education curriculum, this paper introduces the significance of Schwab curriculum theory be leaded to the Vocational Education. Secondly, giving the definition of key concepts. Finally, exploring the domestic and foreign research status of practical curriculum theory and the Vocational Education curriculum reform in our country.The second chapter is introducing the theory of Schwab practicality course. Firstly introduce Schwab’s life background and the process of practical curriculum theory, emphasize the historical origin of the theory. Followed by the introduction of the concepts of practicality course three theoretical basis:Aristotle’s ethics practice. Dewey’s pragmatism philosophy and humanism thought. Finally, the perspective focuses on vocational education programs in view of the practical curriculum theory expounded in the system based on the theory of practical courses that fit this theory and more applications in vocational education programsThe third chapter is "the analysis of the problems of Vocational Education curriculum reform". Since China is reforming and opening, Vocational Education curriculum model gradually completed from the simple introduction to paraphrase to innovation and development, the curriculum reform have harvest abundant in the field, but in the process from the curriculum content, curriculum subjects, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and so on also exposed some problems to be solved.The fourth chapter is "The inspiration of vocational education curriculum based on Schwab practical curriculum theory". According to the existing question of Vocational Education, combined theory with practice, theory of practical curriculum provides some enlightenment thought.
