The research methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics were used in this thesis to do a further research and analysis in order to provide the corresponding reference data for the Hubei provincial sports lottery management, from which way to formulate relevant policies and measures for the lottery management department, provide reference to improve the lottery sales. From the psychology, the demographic perspective, in-depth investigation and analysis to the Hubei province sports lottery players satisfaction. The main research conclusions are:First, the Hubei province sports lottery satisfaction is in the general level; Second, from the aspect of sports lottery game design:People are in high satisfaction about the game design and the appearance design, however, people are still not satisfactory with return prize rate satisfaction; Third, in the sports lottery circulation channels:Satisfaction for lottery channels and sales environment is high. For point of sale distribution, players are in general satisfaction. And the satisfaction of race color outlets is higher than ordinary lottery point of sale. Fourth, for the professional morality and the attitudes towards customers, players are in high satisfaction. For the general service quality, people are in average satisfaction. For the information provided by the point of sales, players are in general satisfaction. Fifth, in the sports lottery management:Lottery management supervision is in low satisfaction. Public welfare lottery for the proportion set higher satisfaction. For how to use the public welfare fund and how to use details are in low satisfaction. For degree of satisfaction of lottery, for the lottery and instant lottery style are in satisfaction. Sixth, for the sports promotion propaganda, players are in satisfaction. Seventh, Differences inHubei province sports lottery players satisfaction in demographic:on the gender, male player gameplay design, the sports lottery prize rate were lower than those of female consumers’ satisfaction; at age, along with the increase of age of sports lottery in two dimensions, the sales staff satisfaction lottery Designscores on the rise; in Education, as education increases player in the sales staff satisfaction scores decreased.According to the recent research conclusions about the Hubei provincial sports lottery players satisfaction, six strategies are mentioned to develop Hubei province sports lottery:First, to strengthen the development of lottery game design and the appearance exploitation so as to diversity the playing ways of lottery, from which way to stimulate male’s products quality. Second, to strengthen the lottery sales distribution management and strictly enforce the "competes the color dot business access system" requirements. Third, the lottery management departments should have a preoccupation qualification training for lottery sales personnel and to strengthen the general service quality and professional knowledge of learning counseling and carry out a documented appointment system. Fourth, to strengthen the legal system of lottery, including the development of lottery, the full range of regulatory system, implementation of the law and be in strict in enforcing the law. Fifth, the lottery management department can set up publicity column in the official website and point of sale to publish how to use the fund, which can make the public know the use of the public welfare fund, public welfare fund for practical purposes and to make people more confident in buying. Sixth, to establish the long-term monitoring mechanism of lottery satisfaction in order to timely grasp the factors of people who are not satisfied with the lottery and targeted to formulate marketing plans.
