Understanding of life and the cognition of life value is the main content of the values of life. As a part of the social relations, the contemporary college students should establish values on what kind of life and practice is a very important realistic problem must to face and think. This is because, as a form of values education, the fundamental starting point and the foothold of life values education is to guide people to constantly explore the value and significance of life, improving life value, and realize the human, human and nature harmonious coexistence and development. It not only emphasizes the value of life itself exists, the relationship between stressed self value and social value, more emphasis on positive and aggressive attitude toward life.
