| With the process of popularization of higher education, more and more well-educated people such as masters and doctors go elementary and secondary schools and become new prominent teachers. These new prominent teachers have several advantages compared with other teachers. Firstly, these new prominent teachers have a solid foundation of teaching theory. Secondly, these new prominent teachers have keen consciousness of problems. Thirdly, these new prominent teachers have strong research enthusiasm. Fourthly, these new prominent teachers have good research ability. Finally, these new prominent teachers can turn their invisible thoughts into explicit "products". Therefore, scholarship is not the patent of college. And it moves to elementary and secondary school with the development of education."Scholarship of Teaching" is significant for teachers, students, and schools. However, it is not get deserved attention for its low number as route of academic transmission is not unblocked. After sort out literature of "’Academic Transmission", we can divide route of academic transmission into three ways:publish, presentation, and web. But the factors influence route of academic transmission is covered.Based on this thinking, this study adopted the method of observation, questionnaire and case study on three selected teacher to find their status-quo of academic transmission. Besides, analyze their status-quo of academic transmission and find ways of accelerating the development of "Scholarship of Teaching". This paper is divided into three parts:introduction, body, conclusion and suggestion.The part of introduction demonstrated the feasibility and significance of "Scholarship of Teaching". Besides, according to review related literature to determine the start point and direction of this research.The main body includes three parts:Firstly, we analyzed main existing transmission ways of "Scholarship of Teaching":publish, presentation, and web. Secondly, we demonstrated three selected teachers’transmission ways of "Scholarship of Teaching". Thirdly, we concluded that the factors influence teachers’transmission ways of "Scholarship of Teaching" are educational creed of teacher, accomplishment of scholarship, self-development strategies, subject nature, academic tradition, and channels of communication.The part of conclusion and suggestion is based on comprehensive and systematic summary and prudent consideration of this study. We point out that the factors of influencing the academic transmission status quo of three selected teachers include internal cause and external cause. However, internal cause is primary. Based on this conclusion, we put forward to three suggestions to improve the status quo of academic transmission. Firstly, set up correct teaching belief. Secondly, improve academic accomplishment. Finally, improve transmission ways of "Scholarship of Teaching". |
