With the continuous expansion of the scale of high education, young teachers gradua lly become the main force of teaching, and their level of teaching concerns the quality o f high education development. The concept of “scholarship of teaching” offers a new appr oach and perspective for the promotion of young teachers’ level of teaching. Previous stu dies mainly focused on the theoretical development on the scholarship of teaching, withou t involving the special group of young teachers’ teaching of scholarship. To investigate th e status of young teachers’ development and existing problems on scholarship of teachin g from four dimensions, such as the attitude, level, resources and model of it. In order to p rovide guidance of theoretical and practical aspects for t he development of university on s cholarship of teaching, the paper describes, analyzes and summarizes young teachers’ situ ation on scholarship of teaching based on the analysis of relationship in different variables.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part, which presents the background an d significance of the study on scholarship of teaching. The development on scholarship of teaching directly affects the teachers’ professional development and has far-reaching sign ificance on the cultivation on students’ quality and the long-term development of universit ies. The second part, which introduces the concept,characteristics, value and theoretical basis on scholarship of teaching. The third part uses statistical data and instructions to pre sent the situation of the survey. The research is based on H University, which investigates young teachers’ attitude, level, resources and model on scholarship of teaching. The whol e research process includes the research hypothesis, research tools, questionnaire a nd stati stical analysis, etc, and the statistical analysis includes description of current situation, the differences on demographic variables test, the correlation of variable test of young teache r’s attitude on the scholarship of teaching. The fourth part, which analyzes and interprets t he statistical data including the description of young teacher’s development status, the existing problems, the differences of relevant variables and correlation on scholarship of teac hing. The fifth part is the conclusion and recommendation. Based on the problems related to young teachers’ scholarship of teaching, it proposes relevant countermeasures for the d evelopment of teaching theory and practice.
