Therefore, the study may provide some experience for school teachers.Teacher T is still not perfect in essential factor of teachers’ego and behavior of teachers’ego, he can’t feel the happiness and the fulfillment of being a teacher. So we make a conclusion that teachers’ego of Teacher T is not improved, however, he is still works hard to be a good teacher. On the contrast, Teacher R is confident of her class and can always get satisfaction from her students and other people in school. So we can say her great teaching achievements owe to her teachers’ ego.The interview of these two teachers has explained four phenomenon:Every teacher has to go through a period of pain to grow up; A "good" teacher should be good in teaching; The teachers’ ego has some other factors, we mentioned here is some main factor of it; Teachers growth is influenced by students, other teachers and leaders; When a teacher has ego, he\she may still feel tired of teaching.According to the phenomenon and the analysis, measure should be taken from personal and school level. For the school, most of all, assessment system should be make more reasonably. Secondly, schools should provide more opportunities for teachers and improve the quality of communication. Last but not the least, schools can use the effect of culture to improve teachers’consciousness of initiative. For teachers themselves, on the one hand, they should have their own teaching methods and ideas. On the other hand, they should reflect very often. Teachers should also keep learning and do some research to achieve the teachers’ego’s growth.
